Terms of Service

By accessing Vowsery ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Vowsery acts as a marketplace connecting Couples (planners) and Vendors (service providers). We do not provide wedding services ourselves; we facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment process.
- Leads: Your first Marketplace Lead is free. Subsequent leads for the same event incur a non-refundable fee of UGX 10,000.
- Bookings: When you book a vendor via Vowsery, you agree to the specific vendor's cancellation policy.
- Pledges: Vowsery is not responsible for the actual fulfillment of pledges made by your friends or family via the Pledge Tracker.
- KYC: All vendors must undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to be "Verified." We reserve the right to reject profiles that do not meet our standards.
- Subscriptions: Pro and Premium tiers provide lead access and higher ranking. Fees are billed monthly/annually and are non-refundable.
- Commissions: Vowsery may charge a commission on bookings made through the platform. This is deducted before funds are released to your wallet.
To protect both parties, Vowsery utilizes an Escrow System. When a Couple pays via the platform, funds are held securely. Funds are released to the Vendor only after the Couple confirms service delivery or 48 hours after the event date, whichever comes first, minus platform fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vowsery is not liable for the quality of service provided by vendors, nor for the conduct of couples. While we verify IDs, we do not guarantee the performance of any contract made between users.
