Terms of Service

By using Vowsery (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms. Vowsery connects couples with vetted wedding suppliers, venues, and professionals. We facilitate transparent vendor discovery, quote requests, and cultural heritage timeline preservation.

• Requests & Leads: Submitting wedding requirements is free for couples. Leads are reviewed for authenticity prior to publishing on the vendor leads board.
• Vendor Engagements: Direct bookings and contracts are entered into between the couple and the selected vendor. Vowsery provides tools to facilitate communication and quotation.
• Reviews: All reviews must reflect genuine personal experiences with the vendor.

• Verification (KYC): Vendors with “Verified” or “Elite” badges undergo standard identity and business registration review.
• Lead Access: Verified vendors may unlock client contact info via access fee credits to submit bespoke proposals directly.
• Professional Standards: Vendors are required to maintain high standards of punctuality, professional conduct, and quality service during traditional ceremonies and receptions.
